1. The prize draw is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their contact details including email address and phone number on the online form.
2. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from Dent-O-Care containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
3. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the online form and submit your name and email address and phone number. No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw,

4. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 31st of each month. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
5. One winner will be chosen randomly from the entrants received during the month
The draw will take place on or around the 7th of each month and winners will be notified by email.
6. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
7. Employees or agencies of Dent-O-Care Limited and its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
